We are looking for an experienced office administrator to work with our friendly team in Muswell Hill.
You will be performing a wide range of administrative duties for several members of staff across all our divisions, you will need to prioritize your workload and use your own initiative.
Duties will include:
Greeting visitors and dealing with them appropriately.
Answering the phone, forwarding calls and taking messages
Responding to enquiry emails
Photocopying and scanning documents
Checking references and formatting CV’s
Processing payments and recording appropriately.
Adding candidates and learners to our various CRM systems (training will be provided)
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Preparing enrolment paperwork
Checking learner initial assessment and contacting learners
Liaising with employers and stakeholders
Auditing files and Compiling detailed reports
Processing learners start and exit paperwork dealing with certificates throughout their learner journey.
Setting up learners for initial assessments and online portfolios
Supporting the preparation of external audits and awarding body visits
Working with the values, aims and ethos of Simply One Stop as a company and working as part of our team.
Essential:
2+ Years experience
Confident using Microsoft (including excel, word and PowerPoint)
“Can do” attitude
Checkable references
Preferred:
Experience in a recruitment agency
Use of CRM system
